With respect to any items in the scope of work stated in the original Request for <br />Proposal or this addendum, the proposal shall indicate if any of the proposed work <br />would appear to require approval of a goveriunent agency otlier than the City of <br />North 0lmsted. If it is judged that any other approvals may be required, tlle proposal <br />shall state what approvals may be required from various agencies and the anticipated <br />length of time to obtain such approval. <br />5. The preliminary schedule for the project anticipates completion of construction of all <br />site work other than landscape restaration by December 31, 2001.
