NOTICE OF A PUBLIC HEARING <br />Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held with regard to Ordinance <br />No. 2001-47 on Mondax July 9, 2001, at 7 p,m. pursuant to Article IV, section YIV of <br />the Charter of the City of North Olmsted. Said Ordinance has been introduced before the <br />Council of the City of Narth Olmsted and is on file in the office of the Clerk of Council <br />and is available for inspection during regular working hours. <br />Ordinance No. 2001-47 is entitled "An ordinance providing for the amendment of <br />the Zone Map of the City o#'North Olrnsted by zoning the hereinafter described parcel of <br />real property located on the south side of Cook Road and east of Bronson Road, formerly <br />within Olmsted Tovvnship, to Single Family Cluster District." T'he purpose of said <br />Orclinance is to amend the Zone Map of the City of North Olmsted to establish the zoning <br />o#' the fflllowing described parcel of land, which was annexed f;-om ()lmsted Tflwnship, <br />as Single Family Cluster District: <br />Permanent Parcel No. 264-07-025 <br />Situated in the State of Ohio, County of Cuyahoga, Township of Oimsted, <br />known as being a part of Lot No. 14 and Lot No. 15 of Tract 5 of said <br />township and being further bounded and described as foi(ows: <br />Beginning at the iron pin monument found at the intersection of the <br />centerline of Bronson Road (60 feet wide) with the centerfine of Cook Road <br />(60 feet wide); thence South 86° 22' 23" East afong the centerline of Cook <br />Raad a distance of 688.81 feet to the northeast corner of land now in tMe <br />name of John and Annette Wey by deed recorded in Vofume 86-391 1, Page <br />34 of the OFFICIAL RECORDS and being the principal point of beginning: <br />Thence cantinuing South 86° 22' 23° East along said centerline a distance <br />of 333.32 feet to the northwest corner of land now in the name of <br />Raymond Houska, et al, by deed recorded in Volume 88-3466, Page 12 of <br />the OFFICIAL RECORDS; <br />Thence South 01 ° 05' 24" West along the west fine of said Houska <br />property, passing through a 5\8 inch diameter iron pin found in the southerly <br />line of said Cook Road, a distance of 400.00 feet to the southwest carner <br />thereof, said point being referenced by a 5\8 inch diameter iron pin found <br />0.57 feet South & 0.24 feet East; <br />Thence South 86° 22' 23" East a distance of 60.00 feet to the southeast <br />corner thereof, said point being referenced by a 5\8 inch iron pin found 0.26 <br />feet east and said point being in the East (ine of O.L. 15, being also the <br />west line of O.L. 14; <br />Thence South 01° 05' 24" West afong said O.L. line a distanc-e of 1576.10 <br />feet to an iron pin set at the southwest corner of land now in the name of <br />Daniel and Mary Gibel by deed recorded in Volume 15465, Page 57 of <br />DEEDS;
