CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2001-07 <br />BY: Mayor Norman T. Musial <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC SAFETY <br />TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR PRINTING OF THE SPRING/SUMMER <br />AND AUTUMN/WINTER NORTH OLMSTED PARKS AND RECREATION <br />DEPARTMENT BROCHURE, AS PER SPECIFICATIONS NOW ON FILE 1N <br />HIS OFFICE, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO CONTRACT FOR <br />SAME, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH <br />OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That the Director of Public Safety be and he is hereby authorized to advertise for <br />bids for printing services for the needs of the City of North Olmsted, as per specifications now on file <br />in his office, and that upon approval by the Board of Control, the Mayor is hereby authorized to enter <br />into a contract and execute same on behalf of the City of North Olmsted. <br />SECTION 2: That this Resolution is hereby declared to be an emergency measure immediately <br />necessary for the preservation of public health, safety and welfare and for the further reason it is <br />immediately necessary to provide for the expeditious printing of brochures for upcoming recreational <br />activities, and further provided it receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds of all members of Council, <br />it shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage and approval by the Mayor. <br />r ?.? <br />Passed: ?cA?-?.?-e-?t ?2uo l <br />Attest: ? <br />Barbara L.
