CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE NO. 2001-03 <br />BY: MAYOR MUSIAL <br />AN pRDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE COMPENSATION, <br />BENEFITS AND WORKING CONDITIONS FOR SALARIED <br />EMPLOYEES EMPLOYED BY THE NORTH OLMSTED MUNICIPAL <br />BUS LINE, WHO ARE NOT MEMBERS OF THE A.F.S.C.M.E., <br />LOCAL 3517, COLLECTIVE BARGAINING LTNIT, AND <br />DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />WHEREAS, it is the desire of this Council to update and establish the <br />compensation and benefits for the NOMBL salaried employees effective January 1, 2001, <br />in order that they be similar to benefits presently offered to employees of the North <br />Olmsted Municipal Bus Line, A.F.S.C.M.E., Local 3517, Bargaining Unit . <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COLTNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1 : Salarv Schedules <br />That the compensation to be paid to salaried employees shall be in the ranges as <br />follows: <br /> Salarv Ran ges <br /> From Ta <br />Administrative Personnel 2001 2002 2003 <br />General Manager $43,700 $66,210 $68,200 $70,250 <br />Operations Manager $40,600 $61,270 $63,110 $65,010 <br />Maintenance Manager $40,100 $57,370 $59,100 $60,880 <br />Assistant Maintenance Manager $36,900 $52,380 $53,950 $55,570 <br />Zone Supervisor $36,300 $55,660 $57,330 $59,050 <br />SECTION 2a: Work Week <br />The normal work week for salaried employees of the NOMBL shall be forty (40) <br />hours. Said work week begins Sunday morning at 12:01 a.m. through midnight Saturday. <br />SECTION Zb: Night Rate Differential <br />A salaried employee of the NOMBL shall be paid an additional $.60 per-hour for <br />hours worked on a Night Shift. The night shift hours is defined as beginning <br />approximately 4:00 p.m. and ending approximately 6:00 a.m. Salaried employees on a day <br />shift that ends up to approximately 8:00 p.m. are not considered on a night shift.
