SECTION 6: Paid Holidavs <br />1. New Years Day <br />2. Memorial Day (Observed) <br />3. Independence Day <br />4. Labor Day <br />5. Thanksgiving Day <br />6. Christmas Day <br />7. Employment Anniversary Date <br />8. Employee's Birthday <br />9. Floating Holiday <br />10. Floating Holiday <br />11. Floating Holiday <br />12. Easter <br />(9,10,11 and 12 may be paid for or taken) <br />SECTION 7: Vacation Entitlement <br />a. Full-time employees who have completed one full year of employment are <br />entitled to two weeks vacation; and said vacation shall be taken during the second year of <br />employment. <br />b. Full-time employees who have completed two full years of employment are <br />entitled to two weeks vacation; and said vacation shall be taken during the third year of <br />employment. <br />c. Full-time employees who have completed three full years of employment <br />are entitled to two weeks vacation; and said vacation shall be taken during the fourth year <br />of employment. <br />d. Full-time employees who have completed four full years of employment are <br />entitled to two weeks vacation; and said vacation shall be taken during the fifth year of <br />employment. <br />e. Full-time employees who have completed five full years of employment are <br />entitled to three weeks vacation; and said vacation shall be taken during the sixth year of <br />employment. <br />f. Full-time employees who have completed six full years of employment are <br />entitled to three weeks vacation; and said vacation shall be taken during the seventh year <br />of employment. <br />g. Full-time employees who have completed seven full years of employment <br />are entitled to three weeks vacation; and said vacation shall be taken during the eighth <br />year of employment. <br />h. Full-time employees who have completed eight full years of employment <br />are entitled to three weeks vacation; and said vacation shall be taken during the ninth year <br />of employment.
