SECTION 15: That upon the approval of the Mayor or respective Director, all full-time administrative personnel, <br />with the exception of those holding Elected or Director positions, Police and Fire Chiefs listed in this Ordinance <br />will be paid time and one-half of their straight time rates of pay for hours worked in excess of eight (8) hours in <br />any one day; and time and one-half of their straight time rate of pay for hours worked in excess of forty (40) <br />hours in any one work week. Double time shall be paid to said employees for Sundays and Holidays provided <br />they have worked at least forty (40) hours in any one work week. <br />SECTION 16: That all full-time administrative personnel listed in this Ordinance having completed five (5) years <br />of full-time service as an employee of the city shall be paid an additional four percent (4%) of their base annual <br />salary; thereafter until completion of their tenth (10th) year of full-time service after which such employee shall <br />receive five percent (5%) of their base annual salary; thereafter until completion of their fifteenth (15th) year of <br />full-time service, such employee shall receive six percent (6%) of their base annual salary; until after the <br />completion of the twentieth (20th) year of full-time service, and during each year of full-time service thereafter, <br />they shall receive seven percent (7%) of their base annual salary as longevity increments. <br />SECTION 17: That all full-time administrative personnel listed within this Ordinance shall receive the following <br />holidays off, unless required to work by their supervisor or the Mayor in emergencies, and shall receive their <br />regular rate of pay: New Year's Day; Presidents' Day; one-half (1/2) day on Good Friday; Memorial Day; <br />Independence Day; Labor Day; Thanksgiving Day; one-half (1/2) day on Christmas Eve; Christmas Day; one- <br />half (1/2) day on New Year's Eve Day; employee's birthday; and two floating holidays. These holidays are not <br />eligible for buy back and if not taken after 12 months they can no longer be used. <br />SECTION 18: That all full-time administrative and legislative personnel listed within this Ordinance shall be <br />entitled to an annual vacation in accordance with the Vacation Ordinance. All previous service as an elected <br />city public official within the city shall be considered full-time for the purpose of calculating vacation and sick <br />leave upon retirement. <br />SECTION 19: That all full-time administrative non-bargaining unit personnel shall receive three (3) eight (8) <br />hour days off with pay, or may elect to be paid for three (3) eight (8) hour days, for each six (6) continuous <br />month period of unused sick leave. No month shall be counted in more than one period. <br />SECTION 20: That the following full-time administrative employees shall receive a$200 annual boot allowance <br />payable the first pay in July each year: Public Works Foremen; Fleet Manager; Animal Warden; Waste Water <br />Treatment Plant Superintendent; Waste Water Treatment Plant Assistant Superintendent; Environmental <br />Engineer; Plant Operations Foremen; Plant Maintenance Foremen; Pre-Treatment Coordinator; Sanitary Sewer <br />System Supervisor; Chemist; Assistant Chemist; Recreation Maintenance Foremen; and Golf Course <br />Maintenance Supervisor. <br />BE AMENDED AND AS AMENDED SHALL READ IN ITS ENTIRETY AS FOLLOWS: <br />"SECTION 1: That the following salary ranges are hereby established for administrative and legislative <br />personnel of the City of North Olmsted. The salaries in this section shall be determined by the Mayor as <br />appropriate. <br />FROM <br />A. Mayor (established through separate ordinance) <br />TO <br />2001 <br />B.
