Ordinance No. 97- 125 <br />page 2 <br />SECTION 2: That the purchase price for said nine (9) acres of real property shall not <br />exceed three hundred fifty thousand dollars ($350,000.00). In all other respects, the contract for <br />the purchase of the said real property shall be in substance and form substantially similar to the <br />terms and conditions of the Agreement which is attached to this Ordinance as Exhibit B, and shall, <br />prior to execution by the Mayor, be approved by the Director of Law. <br />SECTION 3: Upon execution of the Agreement referred to in Sections 1 and 2 above, the <br />Mayor is hereby authorized to accept on behalf of the City the additional three-quarter (3/4) acres <br />of real property, also located on Bradley Road and upon which is located a house, all of which <br />is being donated to the City as a part of the subject transaction. For purposes of this transaction, <br />the value of the three-fourth acres of real property being donated to the City has a value of one <br />hundred fifty-thousand dollars ($150,000.00). <br />SECTION 4.
