,r <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE NO. 97-120 <br />BY: COUNCILMAN McKAY <br />AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE AMENDMENT OF <br />THE ZONE MAP OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED BY <br />CHANGING THE HEREINAFTER DESCRIBED PARCELS OF <br />REAL PROPERTY LOCATED SOUTH OF BRDOK PARK <br />RDAD, NORTH OF COUNTRY CLUB BOULEVARD, AND <br />WEST OF COLUMBIA ROAD, FROM MIXED USE DISTRICT <br />TO MULTIPLE RESIDENCE (APARTMENT ~ DISTRICT. <br />WHEREAS, certain real property located south of Brook Park Road, north of Country <br />Club Boulevard, and west of Columbia Road, consisting of Permanent Parcel Numbers 236-18-01, <br />236-18-02, 236-18-03, 236-18-04, 236-18-05, 236-18-16, 236-18-17, and 236-18-18, and further <br />identified by the Map attached to this Ordinance as Exhibit A, is presently zoned for mixed use <br />district use; and <br />WHEREAS, said parcels are fully developed and are used exclusively for multiple <br />residence purposes; and <br />WHEREAS, it is the desire of this Council to rezone said parcels so that they may not be, <br />in the future, used for any purposes other than multiple residence purposes; and <br />WHEREAS, this Council has determined that the said proposed rezoning is not inconsistent <br />with the City's Master Plan and will promote the health, welfare and safety of the residents of this <br />City; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission on vu ~ ~ 3 , 1998, by formal motion, <br />recommended that this Ordinance, rezoning the d parcels of land from Mixed Use District to <br />Multiple Residence (Apartment) District, be approved; and <br />WHEREAS, the Director of Law has determined that the proposed rezoning of the said <br />parcels from Mixed Use District to Multiple Residence (Apartment) District use is not required, <br /> <br />
