Civil Engineering, 1995 <br />South Dakota School of Mines and Technology <br />ODOT Certification of Bridge Inspection <br />EXPERIENCE: <br />Mr. Sivakumar contributes to the paving, grading and traffic control design of highway projects. <br />He has extensive training in the use and applications of numerical methods and finite element <br />methods in engineering, and in the development of models for analysis to optimize structural <br />elements in design. His most recent design experience includes'the following: <br />Design Engineer: Resurfacing of Green Road from Halburton Road to Fairmount Road <br />for the City of Shaker Heights, Ohio. Construction documents were prepared for <br />pavement planning and resurfacing along a 1.5 mile section, including miscellaneous curb <br />repairs and restoration of pavement markings. <br />Design Engineer: Rehabilitation of West 150' Street from Puritan Avenue to Lorain <br />Avenue in the City of Cleveland, for the Cuyahoga County Ehgineer. The design includes <br />resurfacing, pavement replacement, maintenance of traffic and traffic control plans. <br />Signal warrants were prepared for five intersections. <br />Design Engineer: Rehabilitation of Warrensville Center/Noble Road in the Cities of <br />Cleveland Heights aixl East Cleveland, for the Cuyahoga County Engineer. Work includes <br />the installation of new traffic signals at warranted intersections. Traffic counts were taken <br />and signal warrants were prepared. Analyses were also performed for Signal Removal and <br />Progressive Movement. <br />Design Engineer: Improvements of Mill Road for the City of North Olmsted, Ohio. <br />Contributed to this project by designing two new traffic signal installations and prepared <br />pavement marking and signing plans. <br />REGISTRATION: <br />E.I.T., Ohio <br />^_ <br />~` <br />.... <br />
