(2) Two family dwellings. <br />(c) Permitted Buildings and Uses by Conditional Use Permit. The following uses may be <br />permitted in an A, B and C One Family Residence District, and Two Family Residence District if a <br />conditional use permit is issued in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 1118. <br />Main Buildings and Uses Accessory Buildings and Uses <br />Governmental: Municipal, County Public parking areas or <br />State and Federal buildings storage garage. <br />and uses for administrative <br />functions and uses by the Residence for custodians or <br />general public. guards. <br />Civic: churches, libraries, Maintenance facilities. <br />museums, places for public <br />assembly, memorials, <br />monuments, cemeteries, <br />fraternal organizations <br />and private clubs. <br />Educational: primary and <br />secondary public, private <br />or parochial schools. <br />Welfare: general and special <br />hospitals, health centers, <br />nursing homes, institutions <br />for children and for the aged <br />and day-care centers. <br />Recreational: parks, recreation <br />fields and playgrounds, lakes, <br />beaches, pools and public <br />gardens and golf courses. <br />Towers: for supporting coniniercial <br />antennae for wireless coniniunication <br />purposes located on a parcel already <br />containing a permitted conditional use. " <br />SECTION 7: That Section 1136.04 of the Zoning Code, which currently reads as follows: <br />"1136.04 PERMITTED BUILDINGS AND USES. <br />Buildings and land shall be used and buildings shall be erected, altered, moved and maintained in <br />a SFC District only in accordance with the following: <br />(a) Main buildings and uses: <br />(1) One-family dwellings; and <br />(2) Common open space and recreation areas. <br />(b) Accessory buildings and uses: <br />(1) A private garage attached to or located in aone-family dwelling; open parking <br /> <br />
