M <br />+f <br />~~- <br /> <br />City of North Olmsted Resolution No. 97-69 <br />Page 2 <br />actions necessary and appropriate in furtherance of the Petition and to assist the Petitioners, as <br />needed, to the end that said Petition be approved. <br />SECTION 4: That the Clerk of Council shall, and she is hereby directed to, forward a <br />certified copy of this Resolution to the Cuyahoga County Board of Commissioners and to the <br />Agent for the Petitioners as shown in the Petition no later than by September 5, 1997. <br />SECTION 5: That this Resolution is hereby declared to be an emergency measure <br />immediately necessary for the preservation of the public health, safety and welfare, and for the <br />further reason that it is immediately necessary to provide a statement to the Cuyahoga County <br />Board of Commissioners concerning the city services to be provided to the territory proposed for <br />annexation prior to the hearing of September 9, 1997 before the Cuyahoga County Board of <br />Commissioners, and further provided that it receives an affirmative vote oftwo-thirds of all <br />members of Council, it shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage and approval <br />by the Mayor. <br />PASSED: ~ ~~~ <br />EST: <br />~. ~ ~ <br />BARBARA L.
