hereof; and further provided, however, with respect to corner lots only, that the vehicles shall not be pazked or stored in the setback area for the side of the house which faces the street; (3) Front yard areas. Vehicles may not be parked or stored in the front yard area, except one vehicle upon a driveway and then only for a period of time which does not exceed seventy-two hours within a consecutive twenty-one day period. No recreational vehicle parked or stored on any lot shall be occupied or have wired connections to electricity (except a trickle charger), water, gas or sewer facilities. Further, no storage shall be permitted in or under any recreational vehicle pazked or stored on any lot. All recreational vehicles pazked or stored on any lot shall be kept in good repair and shall carry the current year's license plate registered to the legal occupant. Notwithstanding any other provision of subsection (h) hereof, all legally nonconforming storage of recreational vehicles in the rear yazd or side yazd shall be removed from the property by no later than May 1, 1999. Further, any reaz or side yard storage on an existing improved driveway is permitted provided access to the required minimum of one garaged parking space is not obstructed. (i) Permanent Swimming Pools. Permanent swimming pools may be located in a One and Two Family Residence District as an accessory use to a dwelling. The pool, accessory buildings, structures or other equipment shall not be located in a required front or side yard and shall be not less than ten feet from any rear yazd lot line. The swimming pool area of ground level pools or the entire property on which the pool is located shall be enclosed within a permanent fence of six feet in height to prevent any access to the pool except from a controlled point. Lighting f xtures shall be designed and located so as not to cast direct rays of excessive brightness upon adjoining residential lots. However, the fence height provisions of this subsection shall not apply where there is an existing fence at least four feet in height enclosing the entire rear yard provided such fence was constructed prior to October 7, 1975, and was constructed with a property building permit. Elevated pools shall include an integral fence or railing which will achieve a minimum height of six feet to the top of pool and/or fence or railing. Elevated pools shall include a controlled point of an access. be and the same is hereby amended and as amended shall read as follows: 1135.02 ACCESSORY USES AND BUII.DINGS.
