/r~ <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE NO. 97- 51 <br />BY: MAYOR ED BOYLE <br />AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR OF THE CITY OF NORTH <br />OLMSTED TO ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH METROSTTE <br />MANAGEMENT, LLC TO PROVIDE TELECOMMUNICATIONS MARKETING AND <br />CONSULTING SERVICES WITH RESPECT TO WIRELESS COMMUNICATIONS <br />SYSTEMS AND INSTALLATIONS AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />WHEREAS, the Mayor has recommended that the services of the firm of MetroSite <br />Management, LLC be hired to accomplish'~the aforesaid services due to their expertise in this field; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, upon the recommendation of the Mayor, this Council does hereby express <br />its desire to have the Mayor enter into a contract with said firm for and on behalf of the City. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH <br />OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA, AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That the Mayor be and he is hereby authorized and directed to enter into an <br />agreement with MetroSite Management, LLC to provide Telecommunications Marketing and <br />Consulting services with respect to wireless communications systems and installations. A copy of <br />said agreement is attached hereto and made a part hereof and marked Exhibit "A". <br />SECTION 2: That this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure <br />immediately necessary for the preservation of the public health, safety and welfare, and for the <br />reason that it is immediately necessary to proceed with Telecommunications Marketing and <br />Consulting services with respect to wireless communications systems and installations and further <br />provided it receives the affirmative vote oftwo-thirds of all members of Council, it shall take <br />effect and be in force immediately upon its passage and approval by the Mayor. <br /> <br />
