The ratio multiplied by the item <br />measured (square foot, seat, bay, etc.) shall be calculated to the nearest one-tenth unit. <br />The tap-in charge will then be calculated by multiplying the number of benefited units by <br />the rate per unit applicable at such time. <br />(2) Uses not specifically listed shall be classified in accordance with the most similar listed <br />use. No reduction in square footage shall be made for fixtures or equipment. <br />(3) For a building with more than one use, the sewer tap-in charge shall be calculated <br />separately for each and summed for a total tap-in charge with the exception that: <br />(a) For non-simultaneous main uses such as found in school and church <br />facilities, as determined By the Service Director, each main use in the <br />facilities shall be separately calculated and the largest individual value <br />shall be used to calculate the fee. <br />(b) For minor accessory uses, such areas maybe omitted from the calculations if it <br />is determined that such areas do not have an adverse impact on the volume or type <br />of sewage flow. <br />3 <br />
