AGREEMENT <br />between <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, OHIO <br />and <br />ENVIRO ENTERPRISES, INC. <br />for <br />THE AERATION UNIT PROCESS EVALUATION <br />at the <br />NORTH OLMSTED WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT (WWTP) <br />THIS AGREEMENT, made this ~ I ~ day of (~-~~ , 1997 by <br />and between the City of NORTH OLMSTED, hereinafter called the CITY, and Enviro <br />Enterprises, Inc., having its place of business at 3605 South West Temple, Salt Lake City, <br />Utah 84115, hereinafter called the CONSULTANT. <br />WHEREAS, the CITY desires to employ the CONSULTANT to render certain <br />professional engineering services related to an Aeration Unit Process Evaluation at the <br />North Olmsted WWTP; and <br />WHEREAS, the CONSULTANT has expertise and has a thorough knowledge of <br />the planning, evaluation, design and operation of biological unit processes at municipal <br />wastewater treatment plants; and <br />WHEREAS, the CONSULTANT is willing to provide these services for the <br />consideration and upon the terms hereinafter stated; <br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of these premises and of the mutual <br />covenants herein set forth, the parties hereto agree as follows: <br />Page 1 of 8 <br />
