EXHIBIT I <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br />1.1 The basic services to be provided by the CONTRACTOR under Section 1 <br />Basic Services of the Contractor are as follows: <br />1.1. l Provide the mechanical engineering services required for the design <br />of the mechanical modifications and repairs of the center support <br />tubes, sleeves, bearings and housings for each of the five existing <br />North Olmsted WWTP microscreens; <br />1.1.2 Provide the CITY with design drawings which reflect the mechanical <br />engineering design modifications and repairs incorporated into each <br />of the five existing North Olmsted WWTP microscreens following <br />completion of the mechanical machining services; <br />1.1.3 Provide the mechanical machining services and all materials <br />necessary to make the designed modifications and repairs to each of <br />the five North Olmsted WWTP microscreen center support tubes, to <br />remove worn existing center support tube sleeves and to manufacture <br />and install new center support tube sleeves; <br />1.1.4 Provide the mechanical machining services and all materials <br />necessary to manufacture new support tube split for each of the five <br />North Olmsted WWTP microscreens; <br />1.1.5 Provide the mechanical machining services and all materials <br />necessary to manufacture new inlet support flanges and bearings; and <br />1.1.6 Provide the mechanical machining services and all materials <br />necessary to renovate the existing outlet housings and bearings. <br />1.2 The scope of work for any Section 2 Optional Services of the Contractor, <br />if and when determined by the CITY to be necessary, shall be determined upon receipt of <br />an approved scope and work task breakdown the CONTRACTOR and upon written <br />authorization from the CITY to proceed with the optional services. <br />+ + END OF EXHIBIT I + + <br />.., <br />
