CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION NO.97-03 <br />BY: Mr. Lind <br />A RESOLUTION DIRECTING THE AUDITOR OF <br />CUYAHOGA COUNTY TO PAY TO THE CITY OF <br />NORTH OLMSTED, OHIO, DURING THE YEAR 1997, <br />ALL TAX MONEY DUE AND OWING SAID CITY <br />FROM ANY COLLECTION SOURCE. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH <br />OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That the County Auditor be and he is hereby requested to pay to <br />the City of North Olmsted, during the year 1997, all tax money due and owing said City <br />from any and all tax collection sources. <br />SECTION 2: That the Clerk of Council shall immediately forward a certified <br />copy of this Resolution to the County Auditor. <br />SECTION 3: That this Resolution shall take effect and be in force at the earliest <br />date permitted by Article IV, Section 12, of the Charter of the City of North Olmsted. <br />PASSED: ~y <br />ATTEST: ~ _ <br />~°`~''~ <br />Barbara Seman, / ames D.
