<br />Section 2: That the Clerk of Council shall immediately forward an attested copy of this
<br />Ordinance to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County.
<br />Sectiou 3: That the Director of Finance is hereby authorized to draw his warrants on the
<br />City Treasury for payments from any of the aforegoing appropriations upon receiving proper
<br />certificates and vouchers therefore, approved same, or an
<br />approved same, Ordinance or Resolution of Council to make the expenditures: provided
<br />that no warrants shall be drawn or paid for salaries or wages except to persons employed
<br />by authority of an in accordaince with law or ordinance. Provided further,
<br />appropriations for contingencies can only be expended upon approval of two-thirds vote of
<br />Council for items of expense other than those covered by other specific appropriatioas
<br />herein made.
<br />Section 4: That ttris Ordinance shall take effect and be in force at the earliest date permitted
<br />? by Article IV, Section 12, of the Charter of the City of North Olmsted.
