<br />Section 2: Tbat the Clerk of Council shall immediately forward an attested copy of ttris Ordinance to the Auditor of
<br />Cuyahoga County.
<br />Section 3: That the Director of Finance is hereby authorized to draw 1us wanants on the City Treasury for payments
<br />from any of the aforegoing appropriations upon receiving proper certificates and vouchers therefore, approved same,
<br />or an
<br />approved same, Ordinance or Resolution of Council to make the expenditures: provided that no warrants shall be
<br />drawn or paid for salaries or wages except ta persons employed by anthority of an in accordance with law or
<br />ordinance. Provided further,
<br />appropriations for corningencies can only be expended upon approval of two-thirds vote of Council for items of
<br />expense other than those covered by other specific appropriations herein made.
<br />Section 4: That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force at the earliest date permitted by Article IV, Section 12,
<br />- of the Charter of the City of North Olmsted.
