<br />the agreement, and make recommendations to the City Council, as provided for by state law. <br />SECTION 2: That any Ordinance or parts of Ordinances inconsistent with or in conflict <br />with this Ordinance, including Ordinance Nos. 96-101 and 97-47, to the extent of any such <br />inconsistency or conflict with this Ordinance, be and hereby are repealed. Section 4 of <br />Ordinance 97-47 is expressly repealed by this Ordinance. <br />SECTION 3: That this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure <br />immediately necessary for the preservation of the public health, safety and welfaze and for the <br />further reason that it is immediately necessary to enact this legislation in order to provide for a <br />better procedure and more reasonable fee structure in connection with the review of <br />commercial and industrial property owners for tax exemption, and further provided that it <br />receives an affirmative vote of two-thirds of a11 members of Council, it shall take effect and be <br />in force immediately upon its passage and approval by the Mayor. <br />PASSED: ? 2)/5 FirstReading: 11117 1W _ <br />ATfEST.• <br />BARBARA L.
