BUILDING DIVISION INSPECTOR/HVAC INSPECTOR <br /> <br />Effective July 1, 1998 through June 30, 1999 the foilowing base rate of pay shall be paid <br />providing the year(s) of fuli-time service requirement is met: <br />Employee having completed five (5) years of service <br />Employee having eompleted four (4) years of service <br />Employee having completed three (3) years of service <br />Employee having completed two (2) years of service <br />Employee having completed one (1) year of service <br />Employees starting --------- Zero (0) <br />$20.13 per hour <br />$19.26 per hour <br />$18.44 per hour <br />$17.64 per hour <br />$16.89 per hour <br />$16.15 per hour <br />Effective July 1, 1999 through June 30, 2000 the following base rate of pay shall be paid <br />providing the year(s) of full-time service requirement is met: <br />Employee having completed five (5) years of service <br />Employee having completed four (4) years of service <br />Employee having completed three (3) years of service <br />Employee having completed two (2) years of service <br />Employee having completed one (1) year of service <br />Employees starting ------ --- Zero (0) <br />$20.73 per hour <br />$19.84 per hour <br />$18.99 per hour <br />$18.17 per hour <br />$17.40 per hour <br />$16.63 per hour <br />Effective July 1, 2000 through June 30, 2001 the following base rate of pay shall be paid <br />providing the year(s) of full-time service requirement is met: <br />Employee having completed five (5) years of service <br />Employee having completed four (4) years of service <br />Employee having completed three (3) years of service <br />Employee having completed two (2) years of service <br />Employee having completed one (1) year of service <br />Employees starting ------- Zero (0) <br />$21.35 per hour <br />$20.43 per hour <br />$19.56 per hour <br />$18.72 per hour <br />$17.92 per hour <br />$17.13 per hour <br />The base rate pay for Building Division Inspectors and HVAC Inspectors are based on the <br />following: <br />A. Years of service enfarcing the Ohio Basic Building Code as a certified and licensed <br />inspector with any govemment agency - not to exceed four (4) years credit; <br />B.
