Conduct foundation and grade checks for all construction under the jurisdiction of the <br />Division of Engineering. <br />2. Inspect final grades of all new construction to ascertain compliance with approval plans. <br />3. Inspect all sites needing landscaping inspections with respect to grade lines. <br />4. Conduct necessary investigations relating to grading or drainage. <br />5. Maintain records of survey monuments within the City. <br />6. Update and record benchmarks in the City. <br />7. Maintain survey records of all City owned properties. <br />8. Layout cemefery lots as required for burials. <br />9. Maintain accurate files of survey plats recorded. <br />10. Review survey information submitted to the City Engineer for review. <br />11. Maintain al( necessary survey equipment. <br />12. Supervise survey crews. 13.
