Transfer calls and messages to appropriate <br />individuals, departments or extensions. Answer questions from the public and provide information to <br />caller. May act as a reference or refecral service to individuals calling for routine assistance. Write <br />and forward message to staff or department to whom calls could not be forwarded. Greet visitors, <br />schedule appointrnents if required; perform general clerical tasks such as typing, faxing, copy <br />machine, mail machine, letter folding machine and perform mail room duties as assigned. Perform <br />other duties as assigned. <br />?
