CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED ORDINANCE NO. 98-132 BY: MAYOR MUSIAL AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIDN 1321.01 OF CHAPTER 1321 OF THE CODIFIED ORUINANCES ENTITLED "PERMIT AND INSPEC770N FEES, " IN ORDER TO ESTABLISH PERMIT AND INSPECTION FEES FOR WIRELESS COMMUNICATIONS TOWERS, ANTENNA, AND RELATED FACILITIES, AS AMENDED, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. WHEREAS, there presently exists no permit or inspection fees for wireless communications towers, antenna, and related facilities in Section 1321.01 of the Codified Ordinances, which establishes the schedule of fees charged by the City's Building Department for permits and inspections; and WHEREAS, this Council is presently considering for adoption Ordinance No. 98-_, which proposes to create new Chapter 1167 of the Zoning Code, entitled "Wireless Telecommunication Facilities Regulations and Wireless Telecommunications Facilities Overlay (WTFO) District, which will provide for the regulation of certain wireless telecommunication facilities in the City; and WHEREAS, this Council desires to establish reasonable fees for permit and inspection activities conducted by the City Building and Engineering Departments with respect to the wireless telecommunication facilities regulated under new Chapter 1167; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: SECTION 1: That Section 1321.01 of Chapter 1321 of the Codified Ordinances, entitled "Permit and Inspection Fees, which presently reads as follows: 1s21.o1 GENERAL BUILDING FEES; CONTRACTORS REGISTRATION The following permit and inspection fee schedule is authoriaed to be charged and collected by the Building Commissioner, in the amounts provided for in each of the following years: (a)Certificate of registration (General and Mason Contractor).
