? ? ?•` <br />A. on an existing building where three (3) or more Antennas or Antenna <br />Arrays have been installed provided that the Antenna shall otherwise <br />comply with the requirements of (c)(1)(B) of this Section; or <br />B. on an existing structure other than a building, where the proposed <br />Antenna would be installed so as not to be obscure from the views <br />from neighboring properties, public rights-of-way and other public <br />areas and/or all electronic and relay equipment for the Antenna is not <br />housed within the existing structure or an existing building on the <br />same lot. <br />To the extent the remaining standards of this Chapter are applicable to the installation <br />of a Wireless Telecommunication Antenna on an existing Tower, building or other <br />stntcture, as provided in (c)(1)(A), (B) and (C) and (c)(2)(A) and (B), such remaining <br />standards shall govern the installation. <br />1151.05 MINIMLJM 5TANDARDS FOR CONSTRUCTION, ERECTION, MAIN- <br />TENANCE AND REMOVAL. <br />Except as otherwise provided in this Chapter to the contrary, all Wireless Telecommunication <br />Towers and/or Facilities shall comply with the following standards: <br />(a) Spacing. There shall be a separation of a minimum of one-half (1/2) mile between <br />Wireless Telecommunication Towers, including a separation of at least one-half (1/2) <br />mile from any such Tower located outside the City's corporate limits at the time an <br />application is made for a Tower to be located within the City. <br />(b) Height. <br />(1) The maximum height of a free-standing Wireless Telecommunication Tower, <br />including its Antenna and ali appurtenances, shall be less than two hundred <br />(200) feet above the approved grade. <br />(2) The maximum height of any Wireless Telecommunication Antenna installed <br />pursuant to Section 11 S 1.04(c)(1)(C) shall be no gea.ter than the height of the <br />existing structure to which it is attached. The maximum height of any <br />Antenna installed pursuant to Section 1151.04(c)(1)(B) shall be no greater <br />than fifteen (15) feet above the highest point of the roof on which it is <br />attached, subject to design approval of the Architectural Review Board. <br />(3) The height of any Equipment Shelter shall not exceed fifteen (15) feet from <br />the approved grade. <br />(c) Setbacks. <br />(1) Except as provided in subsection (2) below, all Wireless Telecommunication <br />Towers shall be located a distance of at least three hundred (300) feet from <br />the propert_y line of all residentially zoned or used properties. Otherwise, the <br />Tower and related Facilities shall comply with the required setbacks from <br />property lines for the zoning district in which they are located. In no event <br />shall a Wireless Telecommunication Tower or Facility be located in front of <br />the principal building on the lot, if any. <br />(2) All Wireless Telecommunication Towers located on an interstate highway <br />right-of-way shall be set back from a dwelling unit a distance of at least one <br />hundred ten percent (110%) of the height of the Tower. <br />133990-1 <br />6 <br />
