<br />Section 2: That the Clerk of Council shall immediately forward an attested copy of this Ordinance to the Auditor of Cuyahoga
<br />County.
<br />Section 3: That the Director of Finance is hereby authorized to draw his warrants on the City Treasury for payments from any of
<br />the aforegoing appropriations upon receiving proper certificates and vouchers iherefore, approved same, or an
<br />Ordina.nce or Resolution of Council to make the expenditures: provided that no warrants shall be drawn or paid for salaries or
<br />wages except to persons emptoyed by authority of an in accordance with law or ordinance. Provided further,
<br />appropriations for contingencies can only be expended upon approval of two-thirds vote of Council for items of expense other
<br />rhan those covered by other speciflc appropriations herein made.
<br />Section 4: That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force at the earliest date permitted by Article IV, Section 12, of the
<br />Charter of the City of North Olmsted.
