? <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE NO. 98-107 <br />By: The entire City Council <br />AN ORDINANCE TO REVISE THE CODIFIED ORDINANCES <br />BY ADOPTING CURRENT REPLACEMENT PAGES; AND <br />DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />WHEREAS, certain provisions within the Codified Ordinances should be amended to <br />conform with current State law as required by the Ohio Constitution; and <br />WHEREAS, various ordinances of a general and permanent nature have been passed by <br />Council which should be included in the Codified Ordinances; and <br />WHEREAS, Council has heretofore entered into a contract with the Walter H. Drane <br />Company to prepare and publish such revision which is presently before Council: <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That the ordinances of the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, of a general and <br />permanent nature, as revised, recodified, rearranged and consolidated into component codes, titles, <br />chapters and sections within the 1998 Replacement Pages to the Codified Ordinances are hereby <br />approved and adopted. <br />SECTION 2: That the following sections and chapters are hereby added, amended or <br />repealed as respectively indicated in order to comply with current State law: <br />Traffic Code <br />303.041 Emergency, Public Safety and Coroner's Vehicles Exempt. (Amended) <br />303.99 General Traffic Code Penalties. (Amended) <br />331.21 Right of Way of Public Safety or Coroner's Vehicle. (Amended) <br />335.03 Driving with Temporary Instruction Permit; Curfew. (Amended) <br />335.09 Display of License Plates. (Amended) <br />337.10 Lights on Slow-Moving Vehicles. (Amended) <br />337.16 Number of Lights. (Amended) <br />339.07 Towing Requirements. (Amended) <br />341.02 Commercial Drivers Exemptions. (Amended) <br />General Offenses Code <br />509.06 Inducing Panic. (Amended) <br />509.07 Making False Alarms. (Amended) <br />517.02 Gambling. (Amended) <br />525.01 Law Enforcement and Public Office Definitions. (Amended) <br />525.08 Obstructing Justice. (Amended) <br />525.09 Resisting Arrest.
