EXHIBIT 'C' <br />TEMPORARY STORM SEWER CONSTRUCTION EASEMENT <br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: <br />THAT CHARLES H. BURNESON, JR, the GRANTOR, for <br />and in consideration of valuable consideration received to his full satisfaction including the sum of <br />$250.00 and the benefits of lessening the danger of flooding in the area in which his said property <br />is located, which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby give, grant, bargain, sell and convey, unto <br />THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, the Grantee, its successor and assigns, a temporary <br />construction easement on lands owned by the Grantor and known as being par and under the <br />parcel adjacent to the following described lands owned by the Grantor and known as being part of <br />Permanent Parcel No. 237-21-008, in the City of North Olmsted, Ohio as described and identified <br />in attached Exhibits A and B, together with the right and privilege to enter upon or under said <br />land for purposes of construction and survey of a storm sewer and appurtenances on land adjacent <br />to Grantor's land. <br />TO HAVE AND HOLD said temporary easement and right-of-way unto the said <br />Grantee, its successors and assigns until the completion and City acceptance of said storm sewer. <br />The said Grantor themselves, and their successors and assigns, hereby covenant with the said <br />Grantee, its successors and assigns, that they are the lawful owners of said premises and has full <br />power to grant, bargain, sell, convey and release the same in the manner aforesaid and will <br />warrant and defend the same against all claims. <br />The said temporary easement is given for the purpose of granting to the Grantee the right <br />>a,: ,.: ",..
