i <br /> <br />Grantee, its successors and assigns, that they are the lawful owners of said premises and <br />have full power to grant, bargain, sell, convey and release the same in the manner <br />aforesaid and will warrant and defend the same against all claims. <br />The said easements are given for the purpose of granting to the Grantee the right <br />to construct, maintain and operate a storm sewer and sanitary sewer together with the <br />necessary manholes for the transportation of stormwater and sanitary sewage with the <br />unimpaired access to said sewer and the rights of ingress and egress, on, over and through <br />said land for all purposes necessary and incident to the construction, operation and <br />maintenance and, from time to time, to alter, repair or remove the same. In the event <br />said storm and sanitary sewers are conshucted during different time periods, said <br />temporary easements shall exist for each said time period while construction of each <br />sewer continues. <br />The Grantors hereby restrict said premises within the limits of the above described <br />easement against the construction thereon or above or subjacent thereto any buildings, <br />structures, tunnels, or excavation therein in any manner interfering with said sewers <br />whatsoever, the access thereto, or the maintenance thereof, or otherwise interfering <br />therewith; provided that, notwithstanding the foregoing restrictions and prohibitions <br />Grantors may make any of the uses or do any of the things to the foregoing premises with <br />the express written consent of the Grantee.
