<br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION NO. 98 - 72 <br />BY: Mavor Norman T. Musial <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC SERVICE TO <br />ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR THE ENCLOSURE OF THE WET WELL AT THE <br />DOVER LIFT STATION IN THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED AS DETAILED IN THE <br />SPECIFTCATIONS ON FILE AND AUTHORTZING THE MAYOR TO CONTRACT <br />FOR THE SAME, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />WHEREAS, the Council of the City of North Olmsted is desirous of the enclosure of the <br />wet well at the Dover Lift Station in the City, and <br />WHEREAS, the necessary specifications, as prepared under the direction of the <br />Engineering Department of the City of North Olmsted, are on file, and <br />WHEREAS, it is the desire of this Council to authorize the Mayor to enter into an <br />Agreement to construct said improvement. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH <br />OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA, AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That the Director of Public Service be and he is hereby authorized to <br />advertise for bids for the enclosure of the wet well at the Dover Lift Station according to <br />specifications now on file in his office and that, upon approval by the Board of Control, the <br />Mayor is hereby authorized to enter into a Contract and execute same on behalf of the City of <br />North Olmsted. <br />SEC7'ION 2: That this Resolution is hereby declared to be an emergency measure <br />immediately necessary for the preservation of the public health, safety and welfare, and further <br />provided it receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds of all members of Council, it shall take <br />effect and be in force immediately upon its passage and approval by the Mayor. <br />? <br />_ .,?_ w r x 1-1,", ,Vfm
