7.3 Effective January 1, 2000, all Corrections Officers in the Police Department, <br />shall receive a wage increase of three (3) percent for the 2000 calendar year, and will be <br />paid bi-weekly, as listed below: <br /> 2000 Bi-weekly Hourly <br />Corrections Officer-First Year 21,656.96 832.96 10.412 <br />Corrections Officer-Second Year 23,379.20 899.20 11.240 <br />Corrections Officer-Third Year 25,101.44 965.44 12.068 <br />Corrections Officer-Fourth Year 26,823.68 1,031.68 12.896 <br />Corrections Officer-Fifth Year 29,527.68 1,135.68 14.196 <br />7.9 Shift differential: Effective January 1, 1998, all bazgaining unit members <br />sha11 receive a shift differential in the amount of $.75 cents per hour for the years 1998, <br />1999, and 2000. Shift differential shall be paid to bargaining unit members assigned to <br />the second (1600 to 2400) shift, third (2400 to 0800) shift, and swing (2000 to 0400) shift <br />respectively. <br />ARTICLE 8 <br />LONGEVITY PAY <br />8.1. All full-time Corrections Officers hired prior to December 31, 1994, shall <br />receive additional compensation, such addition compensation is a follows: <br />$ 250.00 After employee completes five (5) years <br />$ 500.00 After employee completes ten (10) years <br />$ 750.00 After empioyee completes fifteen (15) years <br />$1000.00 After employee completes twenty (20) years <br /> <br />(8) <br />I <br />
