? <br />Section XV <br />Signs <br />Lessee agrees that it wili not put up any signs on the inside or outside of the premises <br />without the written consent of lessor. <br />Section XVI <br />Prohibition against Contracting Bills in Lessor's Name; <br />Lasee agrees that it will not contract bills in the name of lessor, or in any way, directly <br />or indirectly, involve lessor in any expense or liability. <br />Saction XVII <br />Return of Leased Pzemises at Termination <br />Lessee agrees to deliver the leased premises to lessor or its successors and assigns at the <br />end of the lease term or of any elctension of the iease term, without further demand or notice, and <br />in as good order and repair as it is now or may in the future be put in, allowing for reasonable <br />wear and tear. <br />The keys of the building shall be at all times in the possession of the lessor. <br />Section XVIII <br />Lessor's Right To Terminate on Lessee's Breach <br />In case Iessee fails to carry out any of the terms or conditions of this lease, or for any <br />reason is unable properly to conduct its business, lessor may terminate this lease on 3 days' <br />written notice to lessee. On such termination, all rights of lessee to occnpy or use the leased <br />premises shall end, and Iessee and all of its officers, agents, and employees shall at once vacate <br />the premises quietly and peacefiilly. Termination of this lease by 1essor shall not grevent or <br />interfere with lessor's recovery from lessee of any re,nt or other payments due under the provisions <br />of this lease, or from proceeding to collect damages for breach of this lease agreement by lessee. <br />Section XIX <br />Security Deposit <br />Lessee agrees to pay lessor concurrently with the execution of this lease the sum of <br />$300.00 as a security deposit for thc faithful performance of this lease.
