may seize and impound the animal. Thereafter, the animal shall kept and disposed of as provided <br />for in Section 505.02 of this Chapter. <br />(fl Whoever violates this section shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor. <br />SECTION 2: That any ordinance or parts of any ordinance in conflict or inconsistent with <br />any provision of this Ordinance are, to the extent af any such conflict or inconsistency, repealed. <br />SECTION 3.
