e: -. Mr. Ralph H. Bohlmann April 2, 1998 Ice Rink Renovation Project Page 2 . We propose as our Project Principal, Mr. Babu K. Partel, P.E. Mr. Patel is a Senior Vice President of Polytech, Inc. and is one of its original founders. With over thirty-six years of engineering and management experience, he is most qualified for this position. He has worked in a similar capacity for numerous recreational renovation projects such as the Cleveland Indians Baseball Park and Arena, Gateway Complex and the Cuyahoga Community College (Eastern Campus) recreational facilities. Mr. Bnrd Adams, P.E. will be Project Manager for this assignment. As Vice President of the Polytech, Inc. and new owner, Mr. Adams has extensive experience in the management of numerous projects and will have the prime responsibility for direcring and coordinating the work and serves as a single source contact througlout the project. Mr. Adams will develop project comepts and will coordinate the tasics assigned to various persannel, time schedules, budgets, and project approach in general. He will schedule review conferences, issve the project and progress reports, and makes recommendations. He is responsible for the work program and its periodic updating. This management concept assvres personal and responsive services for the City of North Olmsted which are on time and within budget constraints. Mr. Richard Bauschanl, AIA, NCARB will be Polytech, Inc.'s architectural support for this assignment. As Principal-in-Charge at WTW Architects, Mr. Bauschard has 26 years of architectural experience. He has been principal-in-charge for a variety of projects ranging from renovation and construction.
