Bohlmann, Director
Department of Public Service
City of North Olmsted
5200 Dover Center Road
North Olmsted, Ohio 44070
Re: RFP for Proposal, Preliminary Plans
for Springvale ADA Improvements
Dear Mr. Bohlmann:
It gives me great pleasure in submitting to you our response to your request for
professional design services. Again, we would like to thank you for your consideration
and wish to express our continued interest in working for the City of North Olmsted.
Attached you will find our completed proposal, full service breakdown fee costs,
preliminary costs (separated) key personnel, design scope / approach and related
project photos. Any further material or information can be made available upon your
request.
I have also taken the liberty to submit our "Schematic" Drawings as a possible "Least
Cost" solution for the addition of both new ADA Bathrooms in code compliant to required
fixture count for (600) occupancy. Also, our proposed solution for a new ADA
Ramp/Entry Enclosure which would not only function well but enhance the existing
structure with a prominent faCade toward Canterbury Road. There are other 'Alternative'
schemes which can be proposed. The existing Ballroom Office can be placed in another
Ballroom level location or in the lower floor, also, an 'Alternate' Bathroom scheme allows
the office to remain in its present location. See "Loose" Schematic Drawings in
presentation folder.
Respect }illy submifted:
n Lan res?
RWL Arc itects, Inc.
RMUtrm
¦ EIYRIA-NORTN COLLEGE MEADOWS:
5320-C HOAC3 DA.
