v CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED ORDINANCE NO. 98- 20 BY: COUNCILMAN GAREAU AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE AMENDMENT OF THE ZONE MAP OF THE CITY OF NURTH OLMSTED BY CHANGIIVG ?'HE HEREINAFT ER DESCRIBED PARCELS OF REAL PROPERTY LUCATED ON COO% ROAD, WEST OF BARTON ROAD, FORMERLY WITHIN OLMSTED TOWNSHIP, FROM SINGLE FAMILY RESIDl,'NCE DISTRICT TO SINGLE FAMILY CLUSTER DISTRICT. WHEREAS, certain real property located on Cook Road, west of Barton Road, and formerly within Olmsted Township, consisting of Permanent Pazcel Numbers 264-05-001 and 264-07-043, and further identified by the Map attached to this Ordinance as Exhibit A, is presently zoned for single family residence use; and WHEREAS, it is the desire of this Council to rezone said two pazcels of land to single family cluster district so that the owner of the parcels will be required to develop them consistent with the development in Cinnamon Woods located immediately to the North of said parcels; and WHEREAS, this Council has determinel that the said proposed rezoning is not inconsistent with the City's Master Plan for this area of the City, and will in fact promote the health, welfare and safety of the residents in this area of this City; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission on 1998, by formal motion, recommended that this Ordinance, rezoning the said pazcels of land from single family residential to single family cluster district, be approved; and NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, CUYAHOGA COUNTY, AND STATE OF OHIO: SECTION 1: That, after submission of this Ordinance to the Planning Commission of this City for its opinion and recommendation, and after a Public Hearing hereon, notice of which has been given pursuant to Section 14 of Article IV of the Charter of the City, entitled, "The Council- ???,?????,???.? _ ,?.??.. : ? , ..,...?. ..
