She will be the focai <br />point of communications, coordinating the team's effores and serving as a single-source contact <br />chroughouc the pmject to reeeive acd convey all information and disuibute it to the prcper <br />recipienc. Effecdve cocrununicazion is a key element of a successful effort, and one of her <br />cesponsibilives is to ensure chaz chere is clear communication betweea all team members and t!x <br />City regarding relevant facts, expectazions, requirements, scope of woric, schedule and furiding. <br />Mrs. Vargas has boen selected for this assignment because of her extensive experience as proje:ct <br />manager and design engineer on simiiar highway projects for the Ohio Depanment of <br />Transportation and the City of North Oimsted. Her tasks will inciude the following: <br />• communication and coordination with the City oti Norrh Olmsted <br />• communication and coordination with subconsultants, monitoring their performance <br />to ensure all taslcs are completed on schedule and in accordatxe wich pmject <br />requirements <br />• communication and coordination with private and public utilities <br />• work assignments for team members <br />• pmject schedule <br />• progress repores <br />• review meetings <br />• conswction budget <br />The Project Principal will be Mr. Babu K. Patel, P. E. He will represent Polytech in all <br />conuxtual dealings with the Ciry of North Olmsted, and will work with the Project Manager to <br />provide general adminisaative and overalt review of the project. <br />Proposed team members have been carefully selected to meet the specific needs of this project, <br />and the resunes of our key personnel are irKluded in Secvon 2. They are experienced in p%jects <br />of similar scope and magtiade, and will bring this project to compietion on time and meeting the <br />construcuon budget. They are: <br />• Bradiey H. Adacns, P. E. Civil Engineer <br />• Peter Ray Banks, E.I.T. Civil Fngineer <br />? R. Sivakumar, E.I.T. Civil Engineer <br />We will use one subconsultant on this project for field surveys.
