The preliminary concepc plan wiil be submitted to the City for review and approval <br />three weeks afcer rec:eipc of Notice-to-Proceed. <br />2. Preliminary (30%) plans will be submicted by May 15, 1998. <br />3. Plans and specifications for tinal review will be submitted by June 15. 1998. <br />. 4. Original tracings and specifications will be completed by Ju1y 1. 1998.
