<br />3. Antennae (and not dishes except as provided in paragraphs 1 and 2 above) that are <br />designed to receive television broadcast signals. However, where a mast higher than twelve (12) <br />feet is desired or required, installation, erection and maintenance of such antennae shall be subject <br />to the permit application and permit fee requireme,nts of this and any other relevant Chapter of the <br />Codified Ordinances. <br />SECTION 2: That any Ordinance, or any part or parts of any Ordinances, which is in <br />conflict or is inconsistent with this Ordinance, is, to the extent of any such conflict or <br />inconsistency, hereby repealed. <br />SECTION 3.
