f, .. . a j <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE 1T ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA, AND STATE OF OffiO: <br />SECTION 1: That this Council does hereby authorize and direct Don Copeland, <br />Director of the Department of Human. Resources, to apply for <br />Community Development Block Grant funds for Fiscal Year 1998, <br />on behalf of the City of North Olmsted. Included in the application <br />shall be the aforesaid project. <br />SECTION 2: That this ord'mance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure <br />immediately necessary for the preservarion of the public health, safety, <br />and welfare, and for the further reason it is immediately necessary for the <br />City to file an application for Community Development Block Grant <br />funds on or before March 02, 1998, and further, provided it receives the <br />a.ffirmative vote of two-thirds of all members of the Council, it shall take <br />effect and be in force immediately upon its passage and approval by the <br />Mayor. <br />_--? <br />PASSED: <br />ATT'EST: <br />ARBARA L.
