<br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE NO. 98 - 2 <br />BY: Councilman Michael Gareau Jr. <br />AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING FOR DEDICATION THE CINNAMON <br />WAY (WEST EXTENSION), IN THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED. <br />WHEREAS, the City Engineer has reported to the Council of the City of <br />North Olmsted that a11 the improvements shown on the improvement plans for Cinnamon <br />Way (West Extension), as recorded in Volume 262 Page 50 of Cuyahoga County Map <br />Records, and previously approved by this Council, have been completed in accordance <br />with the plans and specifications shown thereon. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAlNED BY THE COUNCII. OF THE CITY <br />OF NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA, AND STATE OF OHIO. <br />SECTION 1: That this Council does hereby accept for dedication the following <br />street designated herein: <br />Cinnamon Way (West Extension), 2,064.72 feet centerline distance from the <br />easterly intersection with the existing Cinnamon Way westerly to a cul-de-sac center <br />point. <br />SECTION 2: That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after <br />the earliest 'od allowed by law. <br />?__. . - / <br />PASSED: ??k, <br />ATTEST: 4uncil <br />Barbara L.
