943.05 CONVEYAIaCE OF (RAVES. <br />The Mayor and the Clerk of Council are the authorized <br />individuals to execute the necessary deeds to effect a conveyance of <br />graves in the Municipal Cemeteries upon receipt from the purchasers <br />thereof of the consideration for such graves as established by ordinance <br />of Council. <br />943.06 IlNDNIDUAL GRAVE PRICE. <br />The City sha11 charge and receive Ztao Hundred Dollars ($200.00) <br />for individua,l graves in Coe Ridge and Butternut Ridge Cemeteries. <br />943.07 RATFS FOR OPENING AND CLpSING GRAVES. <br />The rate for opening and closing graves shall read as follows: <br />Weekdays: Ashes - $25.00 - Normal Burial - $160.00 <br />Saturday: Ashes - $50.00 - Normal Burial - $275.00 <br />943.08 CIIK9=Y RULE.S. <br />(a) No vehicle shall be driven faster than four miles per hour <br />within the gates of the Municipal Cemetery. <br />(b) No obscene language or loud or profane conversation shall <br />be indulged in within the Cemetery. <br />(c) No person shall wantonly or willfully remove, cut or <br />break, or in any manner injure or destroy, any tree, shrub or plant, or <br />pick or cxush or gather, or in any way injure or destroy, any flower, <br />either wild or cultivated, or any herbage, fruit or produce of any such <br />tree, shrub or plant, with the Cemetery. <br />(d) No person in a state of intoxication shall enter the <br />Cemetery. <br />(e) No person shall remain in the Cemetery after having, for <br />good cause, been ordered by the caretaker or police officer to leave the <br />premises. <br />(f) No more than one ca.sket and ane urn or no more than two <br />urns, may be placed in any one grave. <br />SECTION 2: That any ordinance or parts of ordinances inconsistent <br />herewith, are hereby repealed. <br />SECTION 3: That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from <br />and after the earliest date allowed by law. <br />PASSED. <br />ATTEST: <br />, Barbara Sem arr' <br />Acting Clerk of Council <br />Approved:?/?,???,?
