CITY OF NORTH OLM.STED <br />ORDINANCE N0. 90-173 <br />BY: Janet Saringer <br />AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING FOR DEDICATION A PORTION OF CANIBRIDGE CROSSINGS <br />ESTATES SUBDIVISION WHICH INCLUDES BRETTON RIDGE DRIVE AND URSULA <br />COURT IN 'IIHE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED. <br />WHEREAS, the City Engineer has reported to the Council of the City of <br />North Olmsted that all improvements shown on the improvernent plans for a <br />portion of Cambridge Crossings Estates Subdivision, previously approved by <br />this Council, have been completed in accordance with the plans and <br />specifications shown thereon. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH <br />OLMSTED, COLTN'T1' OF CUYAHOGA, AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That this Council does hereby accept for dedication the <br />following streets, or portions of streets, designated herein: <br />BRETTON RIDGE DRIVE, 635.80 feet centerline distance from its <br />northerly intersection with existing Bretton Ridge Drive southerly to a <br />point. <br />URSULA COURT, 287.26 feet centerline distance from its easterly <br />intersection with Bretton Ridge Drive to its westerly cul-de-sac point. <br />SECTION 2: That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force from <br />and after the earliest period allowed by law. <br />PASSED : 1,5 4V <br />?T <br />ATTEST: <br />? ? ft <br />Barbara L.
