<br />SECTIODI 2: That the Clerk of Council shall immediately forward an
<br />attested copy of this Ordiriance to the Auditor of C.iyahoga County.
<br />SECTION 3: That the Director of Fir.ance is hereby authorized to
<br />draw his warrants on the City Treasury for payments from any of the
<br />aforegoing appropriations upon rECeiving proper certificates and
<br />vouchers therefore, approved by the Board of Officers authorized by law
<br />to approve same, or an Ordinance or Resolution of Council to make the
<br />expenditures; provided that no warrants shall be drawn or paid f.or
<br />salaries or wages except to persons employed by authority of and in
<br />accordance with law or ordinance. Provided further, that the
<br />appropriation for contingencies can only be expended upon approval of a
<br />two-thirds vote of Council for items of expense other than those
<br />covered by other specific appropriations herein made.
<br />SECTION 4: That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force
<br />at the earliest date permitted by Articl.e IV, Section 12, of the
<br />C'harter of the City of North Olmsted.
