RONALD TALLON <br />AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING RATES OF COMPENSATION FOR VARIOUS <br />ADMINISTRATIVE AND LEGISLATIVE PERSONNEL AND DECLARING AN <br />EMERGENCY AS AMENDED. <br />WHEREAS, it is the desire of this Council to establish pay ranges <br />as well as various fringe benefits for administrative and legislative <br />personnel. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH <br />OLMSTED, CUYAHOGA COUNTY AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That the following salary ranges are hereby established <br />for administrative and legislative personnel of the City of North Olmsted: <br />FROM <br />A. Mayor <br />B. Director of Public Service 36,600 <br />C. Director of Public Safety 34,500 <br />D. Administrative Assistant 18,800 <br />E. Clerk of Commission 15,000 <br />F. Civil Service Secretary <br />TO <br />431100.00 Annually <br />43,900.00 Annually <br />43,900.00 Annually <br />24,050.00 Annually <br />21,000.00 Annually <br />6.25 Per Hour <br />SECTION 2: That the following salary ranges are hereby established <br />for employees of the Department of Law. The salaries specified in this <br />section shall be determined by the Director of Law. <br />A. Director of Law <br />B.
