Al1 non bargaining unit inspectors shall receive as a Inspector <br />Certification - Incentive the following: <br />First License-- $600.00 Annually, Paid Quarterly $150.00 <br />Second License-- $400.00 Annually, Paid Quarterly $100.00 <br />Third License-- $400.00 Annually, Paid Quarterly $100.00 <br />F. The individual salaries to be paid to these individuals working in the <br />Building Department as specified in Subsection A- E hereof shall be <br />determined by the Safety Director and the Mayor. <br />SECTION 9: That the following salary ranges are hereby established <br />for various employees of the Department of Human Resources. <br />FROA1 <br />A. Director <br />25,000 <br />B. Administrator-Div. of Aging 18,850 <br />C. Outreach Worker 4.25 <br />(Part-time 20 Hours Max Per week) <br />D. Senior Van Driver <br />4.25 <br />E. Assistant Director Youth 13,650 <br />Development Program Coordinator <br />(Licensed Professional Counselor <br />and/or Licensed Social Worker) <br />F. Youth Development Program 5.25 <br />Assistant Coordinator <br />(Licensed Professional Counselor <br />and/or Licensed Social Worker) <br />(Part-time) <br />TO <br />39,750.00 Annually <br />25,100.00 Annually <br />6.00 Per Hour <br />6.00 Per Hour <br />19,350.00 Annually <br />7.70 Per Hour <br />G. The salaries of all employees of the Department of Human Resources, <br />including the Division of Aging, shall be established by the Mayor. <br />SECTION 10: That the following salary ranges are hereby established <br />for various employees in the Department of Personnel and Administrative <br />Services: <br />A. Director <br />FROM TO <br />25,000 39,750.00 Annually <br />B. The individual salaries to be paid to the employees of the Department <br />of Personnel and Administrative Services shall be established by the Mayor. <br />4
