The <br />Recreation Director shall also establish spectator admission charges, <br />set prices on merchandise and other services offered for sale. The <br />Recreation Director may pay to a sponsoring organization not more than <br />50% of the spectator admission charges derived from their event, or <br />determine a flat fee compensation to offset additional charges incurred. <br />SECTION 9: Fees for other programs currently operated by the <br />Recreation shall be: <br />Handicap Program <br />Central Playground <br />Football (Sth & 6th) <br />Equipment fee <br />Clinics & Classes <br />Youth Leagues (Reg. Fee) <br />Park Facility Permit <br />Maintenance fee <br />Large or Corporate Parties <br />Require either resident <br />$50.00 Park Permit plus <br />permits as well as the <br />$12.00-$20.00 per session <br />$32.00-$40.00 per session <br />$25.00-$35.00 per session <br />$ 2.00-$ 5.50 per hour <br />$15.00-$30.00 per season <br />$ 5.00 per session Resident <br />$10.00 Preparation <br />sponsorship or may be charged a <br />fees for individual facility <br />cost for additional maintenance. <br />A non-resident wishing to participate in any of the above programs <br />shall be charged an additional $10 per activity. <br />SECTION 9A: The Parks & Recreation Commission may annually waive <br />permit fees to organizations providing recreation services that are open <br />to the entire community and are not overly specific to age and/or sex. <br />SECTION 10: New programs, rates and fees, as they are initiated by <br />the Recreation Director shall be established with approval of the <br />Recreation Commission. <br />SECTION 11: Al1 fees within this Ordinance shall become effective <br />by January 1, 1991.
