CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION N0. 90- 135 <br />BY: Councilman Tallon <br />A RESOLUTION AUIHORIZING UIE DI?'.ECTOR OF PUBLIC SERVICE TO <br />ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR SPOT PAVF.bIENT RECYCLER WI'IIi OPERATOR <br />FOR SPOT REPAIRS AND CRACK FILL MATERIAL APPLIED AS PER <br />SPECIFICATIONS, AND AU'IHORIZING 'IHE MAYOR TO CONTRACT FOR <br />SAME, AND DECLARING AN IIMERGINCY. <br />NOW, TI-EREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF 1HE CITY OF NORTH OINISTED, <br />COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That the Director of Public Service be and he is hereby authorized <br />to a verctise for bids for Spot Pavement Recycler with operator for spot repairs and <br />crack fill material applied as per specifications now on file in his office, and <br />that upon approval by the Board of Control, the Mayor is authorized to enter into <br />a contract and execute same on behalf of the City of North Olmsted. <br />SECTION 2: That this resolution is hereby declared to be an emergency <br />measure umnecTiately necessary for the preservation of the public health, safety <br />and welfare and for the further reason that it is iirnnediately necessary to provide <br />for the city's spot repairs and crack filling, and further nrovided it receives <br />the affirmative vote of two-thirds of all members elected to Council, it shall <br />take effect and be in force irrnnediately upon its passage and approval by the <br />Ma.yor. <br />? <br />PASSED: 7, 19 20 <br />ATTEST: <br />/ FLORIIVCE E.
