SECTION 2: That the Clerk of Council cause notice of a Public Hearing hereon to of Sectian 14 of Article IV of the Charter ? ? be and she is hereby directed ta be given pursuant to the provisions of the City. SECTION 3: That the Engineer of the City shall amend said Zone Mag of the City af North Olmsted so that when amended, said Zone Map will disclose that the premises described in Section 1 hereof shall be revised by changing the zoning af said described land from Single Residence A District to Mixed Use District A, and that said parcel of land may be thereafter used in accordance with the use of the district permitted by the Zoning Gode of *he City of Narth Olmsted. SECTION 4: That the applicant for rezoning, which is the subject matter of the within ordinance, has heretofore agreed to have the declaration af restrictians impressed against the subject praperty ugon the passage af the within ordinance. Said declaratian of restrict:.ans is attached hereta and made a part hereof and marked Exhibit "A". SECTION 5: That, in addition to the Engineer of the City being required ta carry out the provisions of Sectian 3 hereof, he shall also cause ta be recorded with the Cuyahoga Caunty Recorder`s Office, the declaration of re- strictions specified in Sectiar. 4 hereof. SECTION 6: That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after the earliest period allowed by law and the Gharter af the City.
