This Council finds and determines that moneys in the <br />Sewer Revenue Fund in the amount of $263,346 were used to pay costs of <br />engineering services in connection with the improvements to the municipal <br />sanitary sewer system financed with the Bonds and the notes issued in <br />anticipation thereof. <br />Section 2. This Council hereby determines, in accordance with the <br />foregoing, that $263,346 shall be transferred from the Improvement Fund to the <br />Sewer Revenue Fund in reimbursement of moneys expended in that amount for <br />engineering services in connection with the improvements to the municipal <br />sanitary sewer system financed with the Bonds and the notes issued in <br />anticipation thereof. The Director of Finance is authorized and directed to <br />transfer that amount from the Improvement Fund to the Sewer Revenue Fund. <br />Section 3. This Council finds and determines that all formal actions <br />af this Council concerning and relating to the passage of this ordinance were <br />taken in an open meeting of this Council and that all deliberations of this <br />Council and of any committees that resulted in those formal actions were in <br />meetings open to the public in compliance with the law. <br />Section 4. This ordinance is declared to be an emergency measure <br />necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, health, safety <br />and welfare of the City, and for the further reason that this ordinance is <br />required to be immediately effective so that moneys can be transferred to the <br />Sewer Revenue Fund to enable the City to provide for the economic and <br />efficient operation of the municipal sanitary sewer system; wherefore, this <br />ordinance shall be in full force and effect immediately upon its passage and <br />approval by the Mayor. <br />Passed: 70 , 1990 <br />Attest: ,o 4?10'44? <br />Clerk of Council h?_ ? ?--? <br />President of Council <br />Approved: 1990 <br />ZOLZ<??: - <br />ayor
